Greg has been involved with over $75 million of guaranteed and commercial financing for businesses throughout the Southwest. The founder of Business Finance & Development, he is a seasoned expert on guaranteed lending through the United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Development programs. Greg's expertise is in corporate finance, business acquisitions and due diligence, valuations and contract negotiations. He also has worked in the Public Accounting sector as a CPA and as a financial manager in the Oil & Gas industry. Greg is a CPA in Oklahoma and serves as an Advisory Director for a major Oklahoma bank.

Jim is an experienced entrepreneur who has managed middle market companies and provided advice to them throughout his career. His expertise is in strategic planning, capital acquisition, mergers & acquisitions and business development. He has led business units for both Fortune 500 and privately held companies in the manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. Prior to that, he was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand’s Emerging Business Services Group, working with clients in the retail, manufacturing, distribution, technology and development sectors. Jim is a CPA in Oklahoma and Colorado and has an MBA from the University of Arkansas.
